I just want to let you know about your… I just want to let you know about your customer service representative Dana Machette. I accidentally ordered the wrong curtains and sent an email off almost immediately. Dana responded first thing and corrected my mistake and even refunded me the money. My goodness, she needs to be rewarded for her quick response, her kindness and her efficiency. I’ve really never received such great customer service! One thing my friends and I discuss fairly often is the lack of customer service anymore! Cheers to Dana and to Lush Decor……..you better believe I’ll be doing more business with your company and Dana needs a promotion. She didn’t hesitate for one minute! Keep her as your representive! First time shopper & in love First time shopper with Lush and my first impression is they are amazing. Unfortunately, I was a victim to porch thieves but when I brought this up with Dana from Lush, she went above and beyond. She ensured my reshipment was sent out speedily and would get here by the date I needed it. She was so helpful and informative in assisting with another package that wasn’t even from Lush! She seriously knows how to do her job with excellence and a happy heart. I will continue to shop with Lush solely because Dana gave me an experience I will never forget. Beautiful I absolutely love these curtains. They arrive in a soft packaging and then folded inside a nice thick zipper bag. There really is no wrinkles and the opening to put your rod through is large enough so it can accommodate a larger or perhaps thicker rod. The design of leaves are very pretty and deliciated looking and the print does not over whelm the room also the combination of the buttons which I'm hooked on and the different top color comes together for a nice balance and contrast.. This is my third set however my other ones are with no design they are also beautiful .I love this brand and I would highly recommend,
