Awesome company and awesome product Awesome company and awesome product. We have order five sets of blinds and one motorized roman shades. All were made to perfection and the quality level is very high. The thing I really like is the website is very well done and allows maximum customization of the product. Whomever did their website design should get a raise LOL. Now as far as customer service, I've only had to used them to order a spare remote and a spare battery. Again the company was excellent. It was easy to do and the folks I interacted knew their jobs and did it well. We will use them in the future for any blinds or shades orders.

Screws, instructions, & remotes Didn’t provide enough screws. Installation instructions are not good, especially for the valence. The remote controls are not compatible with the same blinds I ordered and installed 3-4 years ago. I wanted them to work together and they don’t pair with each other.

The shopping and ordering processes… The shopping and ordering processes were easy, informative and very user friendly. The option for free samples is great and truly assisted me in ordering the color we really needed. Prices were lower than what I found elsewhere. Would definatly recommend.
