Products not as described, images are AI generated Customer service was as helpful as they could be but the product did not arrive as described. The trim pieces on the valence were supposed to be a neutral transparent color and instead had an obvious blue tint to them which does not look anything like the product photos. Customer service advised that product photos are "AI generated" and if I wanted to see real photos of a product I would have had to call in and ask for them to be sent to me. Since my order is "in spec", they said nothing can be done. Was hopeful this was going to be a good experience but we are definitely not impressed.

The shopping and ordering processes… The shopping and ordering processes were easy, informative and very user friendly. The option for free samples is great and truly assisted me in ordering the color we really needed. Prices were lower than what I found elsewhere. Would definatly recommend.

Thanks for addressing the issue! We ordered two Roller Shades in April and one of which did not work as expected due to the problem with the rod. The customer service helped us with the warranty claim, and they sent us a replacement in a timely fashion. We are very happy with the shades we have. Thank you very much!

Select Blinds is the best Select Blinds is the best. It took me a few weeks to gather the courage to install the Zebra blinds on my windows since I am not the most handy person. But once I got started it only took a couple of hours. The enclosed instructions coupled with their Youtube video made the installation a breeze. The blinds fit my windows perfectly and they are beautiful. This was all done at a cost that was almost 50% of other installed options. We definitely will choose select blinds if the need arises again.
