GBGreat products and amazing customer service I've bought three products so far from SelectBlinds: two blackout shades, and one set of vertical blinds. I bought all of these about three years ago and have always been happy with the purchases. Recently, one of the blackout shades stopped working; it appeared that the outer layer of one of the threads broke off inside the shade mechanism, creating a clog. I reported the issue, and customer service immediately placed a order on my behalf to re-make the entire blackout shade free of charge, even though three years had passed since it was purchased. I could not be happier with the service I received. I look forward to placing future orders with SelectBlinds.

GBSo happy with my purchase I was a little nervous about custom blinds - but the blackout blinds I wanted from Lowe’s were out of stock until an unknown time…and my newborn baby needed a dark room NOW. So I decided to take a risk - self measured the window and it turned out great! The blinds fit so close to the window edges they truly are blackout blinds! I will be ordering again for our guest bedroom soon!

GBThanks for addressing the issue! We ordered two Roller Shades in April and one of which did not work as expected due to the problem with the rod. The customer service helped us with the warranty claim, and they sent us a replacement in a timely fashion. We are very happy with the shades we have. Thank you very much!
