After two tries, the springs are still loose Two stars are for the fact that they are blinds. Yet their springs are so loose it takes two hands to close a narrow blind. I bought two blackout blinds for our bedroom French doors. One didn't close upon installation, and the 2nd didn't close after 3 or 4 uses. We returned the blinds under Select Blinds warranty and the 2nd pair are identical to the first - they don't close on the 1st day of installation! and require two hands slowly maneuvering them to close. Don't be fooled by the liberal warranty offer - that is no guarantee the replacement blinds will work. Maybe they will replace them the 3rd time, but eventually we'll tire of asking Select Blinds to make it right.

First of all you can’t trust the… First of all you can’t trust the internet anymore. With that being said you can trust Select Blinds. I was doing a makeover in my kids bedrooms and the size of shades I needed I couldn’t find on Amazon or Walmart and didn’t feel like going to Lowe’s or HD to get them cut. So I googled custom blinds I read the rave reviews. I was a little worried because it was a little too easy and when I came back to the website after I made up my mind to make the purchase they were on sale like half off!!! I bought 3 bamboo shades all different light filtering categories I guess you could say. Easy to install absolutely Gorgeous!! I love them!!!

Awesome company and awesome product Awesome company and awesome product. We have order five sets of blinds and one motorized roman shades. All were made to perfection and the quality level is very high. The thing I really like is the website is very well done and allows maximum customization of the product. Whomever did their website design should get a raise LOL. Now as far as customer service, I've only had to used them to order a spare remote and a spare battery. Again the company was excellent. It was easy to do and the folks I interacted knew their jobs and did it well. We will use them in the future for any blinds or shades orders.

Products not as described, images are AI generated Customer service was as helpful as they could be but the product did not arrive as described. The trim pieces on the valence were supposed to be a neutral transparent color and instead had an obvious blue tint to them which does not look anything like the product photos. Customer service advised that product photos are "AI generated" and if I wanted to see real photos of a product I would have had to call in and ask for them to be sent to me. Since my order is "in spec", they said nothing can be done. Was hopeful this was going to be a good experience but we are definitely not impressed.
