Superb Customer Service I requested a couple of samples to see if the colours were suitable for my room. The website is very user-friendly, and it was a simple process. When the samples arrived, beautifully packed, the colours were not quite right for my room, and I did not buy a rug on that occasion. I should like to thank Leonora for her superb customer service - prompt, efficient and polite.

Love the rug and its a decent price… Love the rug and its a decent price point but after two years I've noticed it's not holding up as much as my other (more traditional, more expensive) rugs. Every few inches a spot on the rug is shedding and looks worn out. Socks and clothing items get stuck to it very easily so I have to vacuum it fairly regularly.

We were ordering from the Uk and wasn’t sure at first but it’s very hard to find natural quality rugs with a variety of designs and sizes in the Uk so we came across Nordic online and loved the choices, we opted for two rugs and bought both and then retuned the we decided not to keep, the choice was tough as the quality is amazing and great value for the price too. Customer service over email was extremely quick and after care service was great too, very highly recommend Thank you once again!

While order placing, delivery and customer service work perfectly and there is no reason to criticize, the pictures Nordic Knots uses on their websites are HEAVILY PHOTOSHOPPED and do not at all resemble what I received. Hence, while being able to return your order, you might incur serious return fees...

Each rug is more interesting than the next. The quality in person is even richer than the photos shown on their site. The process of working with Nordic Knots is efficient and quick. My Silver Boucle rug showed four days after I ordered it. Also, great customer and design service if you need it. I valued my dialogue with Michele at Nordic Knots when selecting my rug.
