Nordic Knots is 10/10 Melissa in customer service at Nordic Knots was so lovely to work with. She was quick to respond, helpful, and even advised on my space when I sent photos. She also was nice enough to apply a Black Friday discount to a rug I purchased after the fact since the original one didn't fit in my space. She was incredibly friendly and made me want to order from Nordic Knots again. The quality of the rug is also amazing - you really get what you pay for.

Poor quality and terrible customer service I ordered two runners from Nordic Knots. The first one was good and then I received the second one which was crooked, extremely cheap looking with loose knots and threads all over. But the real frustration started when I wanted to return it, they took 1 week to send me the return label and issued the refund 2 weeks after they received the rug and deducted a "restocking fee" for a defective item. They will never get my business again.

I queried the price of multiple colour… I queried the price of multiple colour samples (6) for a specific rug - advised the £9 charge of each sample is for sample plus package and posting. However if you order six samples the postage does not need to increase six fold. So you shouldn't be charged £54 for six samples. Many rug sellers do not charge for samples which helps prospective buyers - I would have paid a small charge for samples but not an excessively greedy amount. Having read other Trust Pilot reviews I am glad I didn't place an order - seems you have some quality issues with the rugs. Nordic Knots have since offered 5 free samples but it took a one star review for them to take action. If I receive them and the quality is ok I will edit this review accordingly.

I've had a wonderful experience so far… I've had a wonderful experience so far with Nordic Knots... customer service has been amazing... They were very understanding of why I needed to make an international return, and refunded me in a timely manor... have since offered to discuss colour samples with me so that we can get it right next time. 5 stars.
