Superb Customer Service I requested a couple of samples to see if the colours were suitable for my room. The website is very user-friendly, and it was a simple process. When the samples arrived, beautifully packed, the colours were not quite right for my room, and I did not buy a rug on that occasion. Great quality at correct price We first asked a sample as an order through internet for such a purchase is not easy to return if you’re not happy. The rug itself is identical to the sample, you could see it is of good quality. Very correct and swift ordering process. Great quality for a correct price.

Beautiful rug and great customer service I recently bought a rug from Nordic Knots. Customer service is great. I actually ordered a rug but changed my mind within a day. They were very helpful and I was able to cancel my order and order a new one. In the meantime I received my rug. It's beautiful, just as the pictures on the website. I can very much recommend Nordic Knots.

She also was nice enough to apply a Black Friday discount to a rug I purchased after the fact since the original one didn't fit in my space.
