Extremely Poor communication Extremely Poor communication. Placed several phone calls to check on tile that had not shipped. My phone calls were not returned. After multiple times and weeks of telling me the tile was in stock in New Jersey, I was told it was damaged and it would be months before it would be in. I have cancelled the order and I’m waiting on a refund.

Only half of my order was delivered Only half of my order was delivered. When I inquired about it, someone was helping me via email, and then disappeared. When I followed up, I got an automatic “Out of the office” response.

Beautiful New Countertops and… Beautiful New Countertops and Backsplash! The selection at the showroom was fantastic, which made it difficult to choose! However, the excellent customer service and advice helped me navigate the immensity of options. I ended up going with a white quartz countertop and the Status Ceramic Backsplash in red, which look beautiful against my kitchen's brick walls. Country Floors is a fabulous company with products sourced from around the world, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality tile&stone at a reasonable price. Lydia
