I have had the most wonderful… I have had the most wonderful experience shopping for tile with the help of Maria Ponciano! I have a very old, Country Floors backsplash in my kitchen and wanted to find something for a fireplace surround. After I found a tile on line, I requested information and a sample. Maria has corresponded with me faithfully. She helped me purchase the sample, kept me posted on it's arrival, gave me a quote for purchasing the needed tile, sent me invoices, guided me through the process when I was having technical difficulty, etc., etc. Maria was so friendly with each correspondence while at the same time being very professional and continually helpful. And, this is a very small project, though important to me. I have appreciated her help very much. I trust you value her as a member of your staff, as you should. Thank you, Maria!

Extremely Poor communication Extremely Poor communication. Placed several phone calls to check on tile that had not shipped. My phone calls were not returned. After multiple times and weeks of telling me the tile was in stock in New Jersey, I was told it was damaged and it would be months before it would be in. I have cancelled the order and I’m waiting on a refund.

Five stars for customer service alone Five stars for customer service alone! Ordered a sample and received status along the way on when it was being shipped, when I could expect it, and a follow up as well. The sample was excellent and will be ordering more when I’m ready for my project. Great company to deal with.

Easy website, great selection Country floors has a great choice, and purchasing a sample was easy. The sample was sent really quickly and was well packaged. We have received broken samples from other vendors because they hardly packaged them. I had never heard of them prior to this. A Google search found them, or at least their tile. I will now go to their site when looking for something specific.
