First time ordering Tile online I placed a 1sf order online pf 4x4 tumbled marble for sample purposes and it was packed perfectly, and arrived in 4 business days by UPS.

We are a construction & design… We are a construction & design business. We placed an order on July 22nd. Today is August 10th. It still says processing. At no point thru ordering or checkout or afterwards have we been given any indication as to when our order will ship and the timelines of when to expect it. This is NOT good for our business as we rely heavily on timelines. Reps assigned/replying to our emails also do not give out much info other than the order is "processing" and a trucking company will call us. We would not prefer to do business with Country Floors again without better information and communication in regards to shipping times etc. Highly recommend this be improved. Thank you!

The shipment arrived with broken tiles… The shipment arrived with broken tiles but the company followed up and sent replacements. I'm impressed that they reached out to make sure everything arrived ok and made good on their product and services.

Country Floors goes above and beyond Country Floors was so helpful when some tiles arrived broken in shipment. Cansu sent us new tiles overnight to meet the schedule for our kitchen remodel, so nice!

Easy website, great selection Country floors has a great choice, and purchasing a sample was easy. The sample was sent really quickly and was well packaged. We have received broken samples from other vendors because they hardly packaged them. I had never heard of them prior to this. A Google search found them, or at least their tile. I will now go to their site when looking for something specific.
