First time ordering Tile online I placed a 1sf order online pf 4x4 tumbled marble for sample purposes and it was packed perfectly, and arrived in 4 business days by UPS.

The sample tile was never sent The sample tile was never sent. Country Floors had no record of the purchase even though they charged my account. Emailed them to discuss but got no response. The company should have sent me a tracking number within 1-2 days from purchase, which they did not do--I never received any delivery information from them.
