I have had the most wonderful… I have had the most wonderful experience shopping for tile with the help of Maria Ponciano! I have a very old, Country Floors backsplash in my kitchen and wanted to find something for a fireplace surround. After I found a tile on line, I requested information and a sample. Maria has corresponded with me faithfully. She helped me purchase the sample, kept me posted on it's arrival, gave me a quote for purchasing the needed tile, sent me invoices, guided me through the process when I was having technical difficulty, etc., etc. Maria was so friendly with each correspondence while at the same time being very professional and continually helpful. Easy website, great selection Country floors has a great choice, and purchasing a sample was easy. The sample was sent really quickly and was well packaged. We have received broken samples from other vendors because they hardly packaged them. I had never heard of them prior to this. A Google search found them, or at least their tile. I will now go to their site when looking for something specific.
