GBNever go near them Shady company with questionable practices and lack of communication. I placed an order in March, they sent me a delivery date, then later a comfirmation of the same date. They didn't give a timeslot, so I ended up waiting the whole day for a delivery that didn't show up. Their customer service says the delivery date was meant to be an estimate which was never communicated in any of their emails. All I have is regrets as I waited for weeks for nothing. Now I'm waiting for a refund, which they say would also take 2 weeks to receive! There was no confirmation that they are processing a refund either. I feel scammed and willing to let trading standards know about how these people operate. Edit: As I said I did talk to customer service and checked all comms, estimated date was NEVER mentioned. I got a selected date on checkout and it was later confirmed in a follow up email. I've got proof of all messaging. You need to improve your service instead of trying to gaslight people. Just send that refund already.

GBGreat packaging and finish quality Great packaging and finish quality. Luckily I am not intimidated by assembly. Given this was biscuit alignment and mortise tenon joints with domino's it was straight forward. However, side rail assembly was a bit tricky and must be done by 2 or more people. All in all a great product that arrived early and with no damage.

GBI haven't actually ordered yet. I haven't actually ordered yet.. I had questions before ordering so I contacted customer service by email and the information was sent to me within 12 hrs, bearing in mind that I sent the email quite late this is an amazing turnaround. The lady who dealt with my queries was very helpful and offered her help if I needed any help with ordering.

When she said it would get done, it got done and then some. I had several issues and each was resolved and all with a smile. She certainly is an issue to GLB and I think she deserves and has earned a raise!!

GBBed collapsed underneath me when sleeping We received our bed 3 years ago. Until now, it’s been lovely. Looks nice, appears to be a solid wood. It was a bit squeaky but other than that, seemed fine. The other night, I laid down to bed and the bed literally collapsed underneath me. The side rail broke, and when that happened, the headboard also broke and the middle support underneath broke as well. Husband took apart the bed to find that the joinery that failed was never glued, which is a total rookie mistake. Someone put it together with no glue, painted over it and bam! A failed bed. Emailed customer service with photos and their only solution is to send a few replacement parts. Their 11-year guarantee is trash. Website says “transparent terms and conditions” however I am unable to find the T’s and C’s anywhere on the website. Not very transparent, in my opinion. I am not satisfied with their product, their customer service, or their warranty. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances. I spent over 1,000 on a bed that is total garbage. I have cats that like to hang out under my bed and I’m glad they didn’t get crushed as a result of this.
