Never go near them Shady company with questionable practices and lack of communication. I placed an order in March, they sent me a delivery date, then later a comfirmation of the same date. They didn't give a timeslot, so I ended up waiting the whole day for a delivery that didn't show up. Their customer service says the delivery date was meant to be an estimate which was never communicated in any of their emails. All I have is regrets as I waited for weeks for nothing. Now I'm waiting for a refund, which they say would also take 2 weeks to receive! There was no confirmation that they are processing a refund either. I feel scammed and willing to let trading standards know about how these people operate. Edit: As I said I did talk to customer service and checked all comms, estimated date was NEVER mentioned. I got a selected date on checkout and it was later confirmed in a follow up email. I've got proof of all messaging. You need to improve your service instead of trying to gaslight people. Just send that refund already.

We ordered a summer poster bed We ordered a summer poster bed. The delivery was done a week in advance than the promised date. The package came in 7 boxes, very easy to assemble, specially love the locking system enhanced by screws. Our bedroom is beautifully transformed just by adding this new member furniture in our home. They have great products and I wish they expand into other furniture areas and not just beds.

I had questions before ordering so I contacted customer service by email and the information was sent to me within 12 hrs, bearing in mind that I sent the email quite late this is an amazing turnaround. The lady who dealt with my queries was very helpful and offered her help if I needed any help with ordering.

Hugely frustrating and difficult to assemble More pre-drilling needed. Three hours later and the first of two ash single beds is still not built. We are having to drill into every hole to enable the screws to gain purchase into the inserts. Even power screwdrivers cannot force the screws into the inserted solid wood. Perhaps ash is harder than other woods? You don't realize this is a serious assembly problem until you've battled away trying to get the screws in. Then, because they won't go all the way in, you have to take it all apart to pre-drill the holes. I expect the beds will look great once they are assembled but just now I am seriously fed up with them and guests are arriving tomorrow.
