Finally splurged I had been looking at couchsavers for about a month, finally splurged and got an extra 20% off which was great! Everything was user friendly, the videos were very helpful to show the product and measurements helped me pick exactly what I needed for our sectional!

I ordered over a year ago with no… I ordered over a year ago with no problem. This time, I ordered over 3 months ago, and despite numerous inquiries where the replies ranged from “your order is packaged and awaiting shipment”, then “it’s backordered” then “shipping is delayed due to Covid, still no cover. I’m on my third time requesting a refund, and will now be disputing this with my bank. This is a terrible company that used to be pretty good.

Protection from Puppy PeePee and a Happy Christmas around the Corner! My daughter is bringing her 6 month old puppy home for Christmas and I wanted to be able to RELAX in my new family room and not worry that my beautiful new sectional would be at risk from an accident. The fabric is lovely - water resistant (yay!) and the fit is great. The order process was helpful and easy - I sent a photo to the help line and was advised what pieces to order and I appreciated all of the emails that let me know about the progress of my order. Price and quality are excellent!

Ordered a 2 seater and a 4 seater only… Ordered a 2 seater and a 4 seater only received 2 seater. Alerted customer service immediately. Followed by a series of back and forth emails, pictures of packaging, etc. only to be told that I had free shipping and they don't cover lost or stolen items (which they determined that fedex says they received both seaters). I guess I'm just out due to no fault of my own. They told me to purchase more items from them and they can offer me a discount!! It took almost two months of waiting before I got anything and when I get it - i'm ripped off! Buyer Beware!!!!
