GBWould be nice to actually receive this… Would be nice to actually receive this item. It’s been over 2 weeks since ordered, with no one from customer service is able to tell me when the item will be delivered. Buyer beware this ships from China (I didn’t realize this when purchased), and it was not communicated that there would be such a shipping delay. When I asked to cancel the order and receive a refund, I was refused. If you need or want something within a reasonable timeframe, shop domestic for now.

GBOrdered a 2 seater and a 4 seater only… Ordered a 2 seater and a 4 seater only received 2 seater. Alerted customer service immediately. Followed by a series of back and forth emails, pictures of packaging, etc. only to be told that I had free shipping and they don't cover lost or stolen items (which they determined that fedex says they received both seaters). I guess I'm just out due to no fault of my own. They told me to purchase more items from them and they can offer me a discount!! It took almost two months of waiting before I got anything and when I get it - i'm ripped off! Buyer Beware!!!!

GBFinally splurged I had been looking at couchsavers for about a month, finally splurged and got an extra 20% off which was great! Everything was user friendly, the videos were very helpful to show the product and measurements helped me pick exactly what I needed for our sectional!

GBShipping delays... I waited over a month for my order to ship. I understand about the COVID delays. I work in retail sales and have been greatly affected with covid inventory constraints too. However, your website kept advertising 2-3 day shipping and “quick shipping times” all month long. I chatted with tech support 5 times! It took 5 times to escalate my order. It finally shipped but I am still waiting for delivery

CAI ordered my couch covers on November… I ordered my couch covers on November 8th and over 6 weeks later, they still hadn't been sent. The customer service staff were apologetic but nothing ever seemed to move. There was no communication and they keep blaming it on the courriers. I was so beyond frustrated at the lack of transparency and false promises that I ended up cancelling my order. Will order from someone else.
