My experience with couch-savers was… My experience with couch-savers was great! The live chat was extremely helpful because I wasn’t sure what exact size I needed to buy. She easily helped me figure out where I needed to measure on my couch.

Total Scam…Don’t waste your money I’m sad to be writing this as I was stoked to find couch covers that we loved. However we ordered 2 couch covers from couchsavers.com back in May (over 3 months ago) and have still not received them. The tracking information gets updates about once every month as is constantly shipping and arriving from different locations than previously posted (different final destinations and departures it doesn’t add up) they have refused to refund us due to “it days it is on route”. Completely Inexcusable!! It is a scam, don’t waste your money on a product that never arrives.

Finally splurged I had been looking at couchsavers for about a month, finally splurged and got an extra 20% off which was great! Everything was user friendly, the videos were very helpful to show the product and measurements helped me pick exactly what I needed for our sectional!

Shipping delays... I waited over a month for my order to ship. I understand about the COVID delays. I work in retail sales and have been greatly affected with covid inventory constraints too. However, your website kept advertising 2-3 day shipping and “quick shipping times” all month long. I chatted with tech support 5 times! It took 5 times to escalate my order. It finally shipped but I am still waiting for delivery

Always keeping you updated! I have not received my CouchSavers yet but I am super excited. I am supposed to get it this Friday, July 31st. I am appreciative for CouchSavers keeping me updated on my order status! I have 4 dogs and one of them especially is a couch potato so I know the CouchSaver I picked will be the perfect fit for me and my furry children!
