It’s been over 2 weeks since ordered, with no one from customer service is able to tell me when the item will be delivered. Buyer beware this ships from China (I didn’t realize this when purchased), and it was not communicated that there would be such a shipping delay. When I asked to cancel the order and receive a refund, I was refused. If you need or want something within a reasonable timeframe, shop domestic for now.

GBReached out to customer service to get… Reached out to customer service to get their recommendations on size—sent them measurements and a picture of my couch. They recommended a certain size which I then purchased. It took two and a half months to arrive and didn’t fit. They were not willing to assist me in exchanging and instead insisted that I pay shipping to return and a $20 restocking fee meaning I would get less than 50% of my money back. Waste of money, would not recommend!!

GBExcellent Customer Service My order was understandably delayed due to our current situation with COVID. When I asked for an update a few weeks later, I received a very prompt reply reassuring me that my order was on the way. I was so happy when it finally arrived! Excellent product!

GBMy experience with couch-savers was… My experience with couch-savers was great! The live chat was extremely helpful because I wasn’t sure what exact size I needed to buy. She easily helped me figure out where I needed to measure on my couch.
