Beautiful Tile and great Service We recently ordered some Optoro Juneau Sandstone Dark Gray vinyl tile for a closet remodel. The product looks great and installed easily. The only issue I had was the sample color was much lighter than the actual tile we installed. I know run to run there are differences in colors but it was not even close. That being said I will probably order some more to use in our bedroom.

Damaged tiles 3 orders in a row 3 orders in a row the tiles came in smashed to pieces. They do the absolute bare minimum to protect their shipments. The first order was 30 sheets of mosaic tile with 28 sheets smashed. The second order was tile for a full shower. The boxes had ripped open and the tile fell through the pallet which smashed it up. Zero padding or protection. The replacement tiles took 2 weeks and came in smashed. They only used some thin foam sheets in the box. I would never recommend ordering from them. I’m behind 3 weeks on my job and my customer is not happy.

NO REPLY TO NUMEROUS REQUESTS Ordered Topacio Light Blue 2x10 subway tile and coordinating Topacio Light Blue 2x10 bullnose in November. Was told the bullnose was backordered until December 4th. Waited and when the bullnose arrived and the installer opened the boxes it is NOT bullnose, but more field tile. My "rep" asked me to email photos, I did so on December 13th, today is the 18th with no response. My rep has not yet responded to three voice messages and two emails.... I am left hanging. I am a custom home builder, this can't happen as I don't know what to tell my customer!!

I am shopping for a bathroom floor tile… I am shopping for a bathroom floor tile for a room with an existing bath tub surround and countertop. Ive had carpet there for far too long. The Romanesque looking existing tile i still love. Tile bar made it easy to shop samples I could lay next to my existing tk see how f the color and texture coordinated well. It took a dozen or so samples to find the one. The subtle color differences between similar samples really showed up in the rooms light.

I work for Home Depot and had a… I work for Home Depot and had a customer who wanted to order special order tile from Tilebar for an install of a backsplash- we only partially received the order with one of the boxes damaged so we sent one of the boxes back and called Tilebar - and we called Tilebar again and got hung up on after we stayed on the phone with them for over 30 mins so then I called again and they hung up on us again after they transferred us - then I called again and someone gave me an email address because they couldn't help me. Now my customer is frustrated because of the tile hold up we cannot proceed with installation. We ordered the tile over a month ago, its been over a week and nobody has even answered the email that was sent and I keep calling Tilebar and I still keep getting hung up on. Will never encourage anyone to order from Tilebar ever again.
