I use TileBar for 2 reasons- the ability to see great tiles with all the pricing, square footage info and stock status available in real time, and for Jason. Jason is always such a help to me and my team. He responds so promptly, and always seeks to find a solution swiftly and efficiently. TileBar just wouldn't be the same without Jason!

GBTile Bar did a beautiful job of packing… Tile Bar did a beautiful job of packing our tile, unfortunately several still arrived broken. Also, there was a box of tile missing from our order. Customer service, especially Mr. Robert King, was exceptional! Super prompt response, the missing box immediately sent, refund issued for the damaged tiles. We are very happy with Tile Bar and love, love, LOVE the beautiful tile. So many wonderful choices. Highly recommend Tile Bar for all tile/grout purposes.

GBNO REPLY TO NUMEROUS REQUESTS Ordered Topacio Light Blue 2x10 subway tile and coordinating Topacio Light Blue 2x10 bullnose in November. Was told the bullnose was backordered until December 4th. Waited and when the bullnose arrived and the installer opened the boxes it is NOT bullnose, but more field tile. My "rep" asked me to email photos, I did so on December 13th, today is the 18th with no response. My rep has not yet responded to three voice messages and two emails.... I am left hanging. I am a custom home builder, this can't happen as I don't know what to tell my customer!!

GBDamaged tiles 3 orders in a row 3 orders in a row the tiles came in smashed to pieces. They do the absolute bare minimum to protect their shipments. The first order was 30 sheets of mosaic tile with 28 sheets smashed. The second order was tile for a full shower. The boxes had ripped open and the tile fell through the pallet which smashed it up. Zero padding or protection. The replacement tiles took 2 weeks and came in smashed. They only used some thin foam sheets in the box. I would never recommend ordering from them. I’m behind 3 weeks on my job and my customer is not happy.

GBI attempted to purchase over $1,000… I attempted to purchase over $1,000 worth of tile through TileBar using PayPal. TileBar failed to process the transaction, but I was charged. Even with a copy of my PayPal receipt, the business has been completely unhelpful in resolving my issue. They called to say they were on it, but PayPal shows that they still haven't even replied to the dispute. It's now almost a month after my original transaction.
