Tilebar Is All That’s Needed! I so glad in stumbled upon Tilebar online! I order multiple samples which were inexpensive and arrived quickly. When I finally decided on tile for a bathroom and kitchen backsplash, the products, to include grout, also arrived quickly and very well packaged. I spoke to a salesperson once regarding a trim and she was very helpful and the website has been very easy to navigate. I’ll use Tilebar again for my upcoming projects, without a doubt!

Customer service, especially Mr. Robert King, was exceptional! Super prompt response, the missing box immediately sent, refund issued for the damaged tiles. We are very happy with Tile Bar and love, love, LOVE the beautiful tile. So many wonderful choices. Highly recommend Tile Bar for all tile/grout purposes.

Beautiful tiles, well packaged, arrived safely I had a great experience with tilebar! We ordered a lot of samples to decide what would best sit our outdoor kitchen island. Please settled on a lovely green tile. The tiles were well packaged and arrived safely. Using the recommendation on the website, we ended up with just enough tile to get the job done! 10 of 10 would recommend!

Nice tile but huge delays Nice tile but huge delays. I placed an $6,000 order on March 1 and most of it hasn’t even shipped as of April 2. I was told it was because they moved warehouses. OK?? That’s not my problem. They did give me a small refund for the delay, but this is holding up my whole project. The samples I ordered in January also took forever to ship. They also don’t notify you of shipment or send you a tracking number. They just tell you the day before that it’s being delivered the next day. Wouldn’t use them again.

Top notch sales person who sounds genuine and will go to great lengths to help you.
