A 3rd great rug from boutique rugs! Feeling very confident about purchasing from boutiquerugs.com since I’ve hit 3 out of 3 home runs purchasing rugs from this site. Ordered one for our bedroom-gorgeous! One for our dining room-perfect! The 3rd one was for my husband’s office at work. It made (& somehow enlarged the look of) the room! Attractive, soft, sturdy rugs. I won’t bother ordering elsewhere with this rate of success. The reason choosing is easy, I think, is because they list the colors in each rug, the thickness of each rug, and have an array of pictures to show how the rugs look in real rooms. Let’s not forget the great prices!

Terrible experience Terrible experience. I purchased the rug and they changed sizes on me during the point of sale. I called the company immediately to cancel the order (2 mins), and they could not stop the process and billed and shipped it to me anyway. Now, I am responsible for paying to ship it back to get a refund. Never do business with boutiquerugs.com

Will buy again! Boutique rugs provides a quality product at reasonable and affordable pricing. I had a small issue with one of the three rugs that I ordered. I reached out to customer service and within 24 hours they corrected the issue and provided an alternative. They were quick to arrive and look great in my new home!

Happy with the rugs, one issue resolved I am very happy with the rugs I bought. There was however an issue with the ordering part. Specifically, I changed my mind on the sizes I purchased and was told I could cancel within an hour of placing the order. I was well within an hour but the computer wouldn't let me cancel. From that point there were multiple other problems but Arthur in customer service got the problems solved and I'm happy with the rugs.
