WE LOVE OUR NEW RUG WE LOVE OUR NEW RUG! The rug arrived quickly, in perfect condition, and it is BEAUTIFUL. We will 100% be purchasing again. We were nervous to purchase and it took a long time to decide which rug to buy because there were so many great options, but we are so glad we chose this rug. We will likely be purchasing another in the future to change things up from time to time, and we will probably be purchasing runners as well. Don't hesitate-- purchase NOW.

Beautiful and Quality Rugs! Ordered 2 rugs and 2 rug pads during Black Friday. Received them all very fast. The quality of the rugs are very impressive, especially happy with how beautiful they are in person.

I would not recommend buying from this… I would not recommend buying from this company. Unclear return policy. Item does not look anything like the image online. Poor quality for the price point. $30 return fee, plus they will not send a return shipping label until you send them a photo of the item all packaged up and ready to be shipped back. With the way the items are packaged, it would be very difficult to reuse the packaging the rugs come with. So I needed to buy a rug shipping bag. It cost me $45 in total to return the rug and several days of waiting. Online companies I would purchase from offer a much more streamlined shopping experience.

False advertising, not machine washable. The website clearly says that rugs up to 8x10 are machine washable. That's the only reason why I ordered from them. The 8x10 rug I got was not even close to fitting in my large machine. My 8x10 Ruggable rug fits in my washing machine easily. Misleading advertising that led to me purchasing something that didn't have the only feature that I cared about.

Quality and Customer Service Could be Improved UPDATED I purchased a rug which was, at first glance lovely. However, within two months of owning the rug it began to unravel on the edges. I contacted the company and they said they saw no defect and blamed it on the fact that I used the wrong sweeper. The rug has been in storage most of the time because of a move and I’ve swept it maybe twice - being careful to avoid the edges. At first the company said they could provide a $100 gift card, which I wasn't a fan of since I think the best customer service companies would immediately send a replacement (and ask the customer to send back the defective item) After lots of back and forth they agreed to issue a gift card to cover the total cost. In the end I’m fine with that but overall not impressed with how they initially stand behind their product or how easily the rug seam came undone I think going forward I may shop other washable rugs that seem to hold up better to everyday life.
