GBI had a very good experience with Sleep… I had a very good experience with Sleep Galleria. I ordered a massage chair, had some questions and they were very responsive. They shipped my chair three business days after my order was placed. I also got an amazing deal for the chair that another company said "I don't know how they are offering that chair at such a discount!" If you want fast shipping, responsive customer service and a potential discount that nobody can match, I would recommend you check out Sleep Galleria.

GBSTAY FAR AWAY!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!! Ordered mattress on 02/21/2024. $3,025.42. It is now 04/11/2024, I have no mattress, no tracking number, no email response, no chat response, no phone call answers or returns. Me and my bank are fighting to get my money back.. Sucks

GBI ordered a massage chair and paid with… I ordered a massage chair and paid with a credit card. The website indicated the chair would be delivered by Jan. 31. Well into February, I hadn't received delivery. I called, talked to someone who said it would be delivered the following week. Nothing... Then I emailed and texted and attempted another call. No response from any! I contacted my credit card company and issued a dispute. They have until the end of March to respond, but so far nothing after more than 3 weeks. Don't trust these people!

I CONTACTED MY AMERICAN EXPRESS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OPENED AN INVESTIGATION SO I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK. I LEARNED MY LESSON AND WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMM COMPANY! I ORDERED A TITAN 4D MASSAGE CHAIR ON 01/09/2024.

GBAll of these negative reviews seem to… All of these negative reviews seem to be true. I ordered a titan pro vigor 4 in February. A week later I was advised to switch my order because that chair is no longer in stock. It’s April and the other chair hasn’t arrived, no updates and the number on there website says I’m calling during non business hours which I’m not and the rep who contacted me to place the order no longer works there.
