NOT ONLY THEY BAIT & SWITCH ON THE PRODUCT A FEW WEEKS AFTER YOU HAVE PAID FOR BUT THEY ALSO LIED MULTIPLE TIMES ABOUT THE DELIVERY DATE THEN GHOSTED ME AFTER MANY PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS TO THEM AFTERWARD. I CONTACTED MY AMERICAN EXPRESS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OPENED AN INVESTIGATION SO I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK. I LEARNED MY LESSON AND WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMM COMPANY! I ORDERED A TITAN 4D MASSAGE CHAIR ON 01/09/2024.

GBI knew someone who worked there... I knew someone who worked there... Horrible ownership, like the absolute worst, bankruptcy, delayed or missing pay with all vendors and employees. Only 'good thing?' the stores smell nice. If it doesn't choke you.

GBThe bed is what was expected The bed is what was expected . When buying the bed shipping details are given a week later and it’s hard to track the package with out calling and speaking to several people it’s like you buy the product and wait for them to contact you which was quite odd to me . It sucked not knowing when the bed will arrive until 3 days prior . Delivery team was suppose to remove old mattress and they were not helpful the came while it was raining and did not call prior to arrival and we’re very unhelpful .
