They shipped my chair three business days after my order was placed. I also got an amazing deal for the chair that another company said "I don't know how they are offering that chair at such a discount!" If you want fast shipping, responsive customer service and a potential discount that nobody can match, I would recommend you check out Sleep Galleria.

Online store won't accept payments.... Wanted to order a pillow from here, but for a few days the order submission form says this store cannot accept payments right now which seems sketchy. Won't be ordering from here.

Visa gift card is a scam Purchased a mattress and was promised a 200$ visa gift card. After following up for months, filling out forms and mailing to addresses that were not valid and they were returned, they finally accepted the form via email. After inquiring numerous times as to the delivery of the gift card I received an email saying they filed bankrupcy 6 months ago and could not honor it. Total scam, they never had any intention of honoring this, and just hope people give up.

Gift Card Scam - Bad For Business I purchased a mattress from Sleep Galleria and never received the $300.00 Visa gift card promised, even after numerus follow ups. I've been following up almost every week and have not received any updates, responses or acknowledgement from "support@sleepgalleria . com". Yet, every time when I called for a status, I've been told to email support@sleepgalleria . com. There's a 90 day waiting period to file for the gift card. Not sure if I can even dispute the charge since it's pass 90+ days from purchase. I called the manager at the location where I purchased the mattress, he said gift card is handled by Corporate. No responses from Emily at Corporate to date.
