Stole over a half Million Dollars! Stole over a half Million Dollars! That is just from the Kickstarter Campaign, they also stole from other similar sites and groups of investors. Now they are selling at Walmart... We are filing a Class Action Lawsuit against this group of internet brigands.

Without a complaint I probably still would not have my comforter. Backed Tunatutu back in April like many others. Never received the comforter, but did receive a lot of sales spam in my inbox. I don't want to buy anything - just send me what I already ordered. After my patience ran out I started contacting support as I read that may help move things along. In the end it turned out UPS had actually delivered the package in August, without sending me any emails, tracking numbers or a note saying they couldn't deliver and it's now at this place. Will never order from Tunatutu (or back a Kickstarter project) again as it appears crowdfund backers are last in line and new revenue/buyers take priority. As to the cooling qualities of the comforter - who knows, summer is over now.

tunatutu is a scam tunatutu collected $505,652 from 3,418 of us backers for their Kickstarter campaign, April 2022. They took that money and built a really nice online store with beautiful photographs and web designs and offering '3-day free shipping' for the very same products that we - the kickstarter supporters - paid for back in April 2022 and have never seen. Kickstarter is hiding behind the 'Kickstarter is not a store' business. This is a definite scam! They did not get caught up in bad shipping or material problems because of covid like a lot of others. They just took all that money and built a nice store selling the products we paid for.

Zero ⭐️ Zero ⭐️. This was my first (and last) #kickstarter campaign! Pre-paid for their comforters as an act of good faith and support for the up and coming creatives, and am left holding the bag. No product and no refund. Kickstarter has to do a better job of policing their creators. Very disappointing. They’ve bilked 10s of thousands out of trusting people. 😡

I actually liked the cooling comforters… I actually liked the cooling comforters and ordered 3. But the pillow cases were cheap looking and the light grey did not match the light grey comforter. When I chatted today abt returning they said they would send return label. I never received it. This is just another example of why old fashioned retail as in Nordstrom’s, TJMax, and Costco are so successful. They stand by their products, except returns and give customer service. The latter is missing in 95% of “ New” retail companies. They are all abt. Branding and Hype.
