Kickstarter scammer Doesn't a couple hundred on their Kickstarter for a cooling comforter and a few other items. Last post they made on Kickstarter was about asking for more time then still nothing since. I had forgotten about it until recently when I started getting black Friday emails for the same products of yet to receive being sold on their website. I have tried multiple contact avenue from Kickstarter to their website & social media pages all to no response. There is hundreds of comments on their Kickstarter from backers all having no luck either. A few claim to have gotten through but it's ridiculous to just "forget"about your crowd funding supporters once you have your product. Shady AF and I'm pursuing all avenues at this point for a refund.

Zero ⭐️ Zero ⭐️. This was my first (and last) #kickstarter campaign! Pre-paid for their comforters as an act of good faith and support for the up and coming creatives, and am left holding the bag. No product and no refund. Kickstarter has to do a better job of policing their creators. Very disappointing. They’ve bilked 10s of thousands out of trusting people. 😡

I actually liked the cooling comforters… I actually liked the cooling comforters and ordered 3. But the pillow cases were cheap looking and the light grey did not match the light grey comforter. When I chatted today abt returning they said they would send return label. I never received it. This is just another example of why old fashioned retail as in Nordstrom’s, TJMax, and Costco are so successful. They stand by their products, except returns and give customer service. The latter is missing in 95% of “ New” retail companies. They are all abt. Branding and Hype.

Product never arrived I ordered a cooling comforter from them on Kickstarter. After months of waiting, I still didn't get my ordered product. What I got INSTEAD were lots of advertisement emails and false promises where they told me (or rather us, all the customers) that the products were already shipped and we would get a tracking number soon (that I never received). Feels like a big scam to me...

What a scam. I backed them on kickstarter and the communication was ok. It was about the same for what I usually get on these kinds of projects. Then we get the apology and promises that our much delayed blankets are shipping out via UPS. I never got a tracking number and I never got the blanket. I've tried contacting them through kickstarter, instagram, pinterest, and facebook. Zero response and my money was wasted.
