Purchased a bed online over the Xmas period and now I can’t get in touch with anybody to arrange delivery. Know one answers the phones, no response to emails. Complete bunch of wastrels that need to go out of business and stop wasting peoples time

GBCustomer service is terrible Customer service is terrible. Office associates are rude and unprofessional. They won't send you a bill or set you up with ebills then want you to remember the random due date and when you don't pay it on time they send you a threatening letter. I called to simply ask when was my bill sent by email or mail and they said we don't do that we are paperless. Tried to speak to a manager regarding the billing practices and they were extremely rude and didn't listen to me at all. Filed a BBB complaint regarding the billing practices and they haven't responded in weeks. Still waiting since early June on replacement coffee table since my showed up damaged. Still havent recvd my coffee table on back order with no updates on eta. Reply below is not accurate. I do have an acct and this was meant for Grand Home Furnishings. Happy to take a call from management to resolve these issues. I am sure the team in Newport News VA can pull up my acct.

GBTwo days after we I bought the chair it … Two days after we I bought the chair it would just randomly quit working.. a 600$ recliner from the "basement" so I called and let them know and she told me she would send me a brand new chair and when it was delivered we just got the bottom piece.. which wasn't even the same as what we originally had. I'll never buy furniture at Grand again.

GBHORRIBLE OFFICE EXPERIENCE BRISTOL, VA STORE I was recently in the Bristol, VA store and let me just say Lindsay is fantastic. We bought a new Simmons mattress & box spring set. Overall the office experience was TERRIBLE!!! There was an older lady (I'm pretty sure she said her name was Arlene) and a younger lady working in there as well. The younger lady asked Arlene a question and she was very demeaning and unprofessional to her in front of us & I also feel like she was demeaning with us...almost like we were just an inconvenience to her. I have never in my 65 years of living met someone who was just so awful and full of attitude. I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO GRAND BECAUSE OF ARLENE & I will make sure and let everyone else I know how awful her customer service skills are!!!!!! We will make the extra trip to Johnson City or Kingsport!

GBI purchase a sectional back in… I purchase a sectional back in September (at the Newport News grands) it was on back order for a couple of months. Understandable no problem went back in and the sales person swap me out into a sectional similar that they had in stock.. outstanding… here where the issue start..the day of delivery which was the beginning of November they sent out these ghetto men to deliver my furniture. Not only did they damage the furniture when they cut the box open they damage my tile on my floor. Not only did I basically just moved into the apartment I am gonna have to pay for the damages when I move out… I contacted grands today 01/26/2022 and the lady said it is out of their hands.. What type of professionalism is that. She place me on hold for about a hour getting a supervisor and one never came to the phone. I wouldn’t recommend no one getting from Grand unless your u have your own movers because grands do t take responsibility of their employees whom they hire to do the moving
