GBOrdered dining table and 6 stools - Ordered dining table and 6 stools the beginning of November 2021 and received the table and 4 stools in late December and were told the other 2 would be in shortly. Here we are the 7th of February and still not received. We also know that another customer got the same stools off the floor before us even though they weren't supposed to be taken off the floor. Cancelled 2 stools.

GBOrdered custom couches and waited 6 … Ordered custom couches and waited 6 weeks for them to arrive only to receive the wrong item and wrong fabric. Waited another week or so to get clarification from manufacturer on why fabric we received was not what we ordered. Finally reordered our furniture and am now waiting 8 weeks for it to arrive. Had asked salesman several times for updates and didn't get a call back, keep having to call and follow up. Should be the other way around.

GBThis place Is HORRIBLE This place is EXTREMELY unprofessional! From the salespeople up to the management @ their Martinsburg, WV location, they are extremely rude and have no idea what they are doing! I am currently in the process of canceling my purchase with them and will never buy another piece of furniture from them ever again! I strongly suggest NOT buying anything from this company!

GBI purchase a sectional back in… I purchase a sectional back in September (at the Newport News grands) it was on back order for a couple of months. Understandable no problem went back in and the sales person swap me out into a sectional similar that they had in stock.. outstanding… here where the issue start..the day of delivery which was the beginning of November they sent out these ghetto men to deliver my furniture. Not only did they damage the furniture when they cut the box open they damage my tile on my floor. Not only did I basically just moved into the apartment I am gonna have to pay for the damages when I move out… I contacted grands today 01/26/2022 and the lady said it is out of their hands.. What type of professionalism is that. She place me on hold for about a hour getting a supervisor and one never came to the phone. I wouldn’t recommend no one getting from Grand unless your u have your own movers because grands do t take responsibility of their employees whom they hire to do the moving

GBI love your furniture because it holds … I love your furniture because it holds up well, I tell everyone to shop Grand over Ashley's Home furniture because they sell junk !! We bought our 14 year old granddaughter a bedroom set there about 5 years ago and she weighed maybe 85 pounds and the bed rails broke twice on her. They sent new bed rails and my husband put it back together only for it to fall apart again so he had to screw it together for it to work. I'll never buy from anyone except Grand in Harrisonburg AGAIN !!!
