Two days after we I bought the chair it … Two days after we I bought the chair it would just randomly quit working.. a 600$ recliner from the "basement" so I called and let them know and she told me she would send me a brand new chair and when it was delivered we just got the bottom piece.. which wasn't even the same as what we originally had. I'll never buy furniture at Grand again.

This place has really cheap furniture… This place has really cheap furniture and they target poor peaple and take advantage of them once you are in there system they have took my social and attach them to other accounts that's not mines they have also sent someone's account to my address with there social and information I'm taking this to the media...do not buy anything from them they are the Mob

Ordered dining table and 6 stools - Ordered dining table and 6 stools the beginning of November 2021 and received the table and 4 stools in late December and were told the other 2 would be in shortly. Here we are the 7th of February and still not received. We also know that another customer got the same stools off the floor before us even though they weren't supposed to be taken off the floor. Cancelled 2 stools.

Poor communication Ordered a mattress and frame. Was told 2 week delivery. Mattress delivered after 6 weeks. Was told delivery was delayed due to the mattress warehouse closing for a week to celebrate 4th of July. We showed up at the store to question the continued delay (before delivery) and were told the mattress showed up 3 days ago but the employee didn’t get a chance to get on their computer for those 3 days to let us know. Mattress was then delivered without frame. We were told the frame order was on a second sheet of paper stapled to the first and never ordered. Staff appears incompetent.

Estimated timing for special order … Estimated timing for special order delivery for my sectional sofa was way off. Sofa wasn't delivered until 1 month after the estimated date. The sofa was delivered but there was damage on one piece. I'm still waiting for resolution of the damage now 3 weeks from notifying the store. Will think hard before I make any future purchases.
