GBWorst product stay away and don’t waste… Worst product stay away and don’t waste your money. Worked well for a few months then stopped working. When it did the only person that seems to work for the company make you jump through a minion hoops until you just realize your better off to just throw it out.

GBSave yourself the money and heartache and buy from a different company. Ordered it on 3/25. Finally arrived on 4/9. Opened box - the white box with the control unit in it was not sealed but looked like it had been taped twice previously so I was already worried it was a refurbished unit. Followed instructions to set it up. The hose that attaches to unit and pad has fabric pulled away from the end on one side. Fine - if it cools it is good. THE CONTROL PANEL DOES NOT WORK. No lights - no buttons - nothing. You call the number listed - nothing - you have to leave a message with person 2 whoever that is and I have yet to hear back. The email for Henry on the FB site - he is as useless as number 2. The other email suggestion with info in the address - nope. This is ridiculous for the unit was not remotely cheap. I cannot return it without a Return Authorization but cannot reach anyone to get a return authorization. BUYER BEWARE.

GBHorrible Horrible. Absolutely horrible. The product itself isn’t that bad, but the customer service is essentially non-existent. First and foremost, when the product arrived at my home the two floor units were a little different. One was obviously not new with little scratches across the screen and noticeably louder when on than the other. No big deal though because I figured maybe it was refurbished and I’m not gonna complain even though I was paying for a new product. I tried the product for about 90 days and decided that it wasn’t right for me. I then contacted customer service about a return and received a return label quickly. I drained my pad, packed it up, then sent the package back. After I received notification from the shipping company that my package was delivered I emailed “perfect sleep pad” to double check that it was there. I got a quick reply that it was and they would go through my return within the next few days and that I will receive an email letting me know what my refund would be (since the refund is supposed to be the initial cost minus the shipping cost). A little over a week passed without hearing back from anyone so I emailed Jesse, who had let me know they received my pad, and got nothing back. I waited another week then emailed again, no reply. Another week, another email sent and still silence from them. About a month passes and after multiple emails with no response I’m starting to think that maybe they have no intention of issuing a return so I start to consider my other options. I realize I can ask the Better Business Bureau for help, but sent out one more email letting them know I will be reaching out to the BBB. Apparently that got their attention because the very next day I received a response letting me know that the condition of my pad was unacceptable and that they would be charging me the cost of a replacement pad. Said email has multiple typos and is written like a text message sent between friends, not professional at all, which makes me question the legitimacy of this company even more. More so, I’m accused of not reading the return policy while Jesse himself misquotes the return policy. Since there is no way to prove that my pad wasn’t damaged or in bad condition I accept that there is nothing I can do and take the return they give me. Mind you, all of our conversations are being conducted through email, which are being responded to within a day if not hours. Why couldn’t he have contacted me back during the several email attempts in the past month? All in all there are much better companies out there who make similar products that I’d much rather give my business to. As I stated at the beginning, the pad itself isn’t bad, but it also isn’t that great. If you’re looking for a “pad” to keep cool in the evening, look towards more “chili” options.

GBCustomer service has been exceptional… Customer service has been exceptional at Perfect Sleep Pad. But more importantly, the product has worked for me very well. I was not getting cool at night with a competitor so I tried the Perfect Sleep Pad with a PVC pad and now I've been more comfortable at night and sleeping better.

GBThe Perfect Sleep Pad is unbeatable for… The Perfect Sleep Pad is unbeatable for sleeping comfort!! We've had these for over 10 years and literally can't sleep without it. My husband is always cold and I am always hot so The Perfect Sleep Pad is really the perfect answer for us. We each sleep comfortably through the night. The machine is super quiet and with the remotes you can change temperature anytime of the night. We love ours so much we just ordered another. I'm considering buying a few extra just in case they ever stop selling them! But they last so long - like I said once before in another review - it is a workhorse. I use mine a lot during the night and also during the day at times as I have Chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. We've tried other types of machines but this one does it all - cools, heats, it's quiet and super easy to take care of. Will never be without one!!!
