Do not buy this product, NO customer support Do not buy this product. We purchased the product and were happy while it worked for only "3" months. I reached out to the company multiple times even receiving messages from Mr. Henry Zeifman the President of Perfect Sleep Pad stating "I'll call you" and never did after I went through all of the basic fix options they offered. All I wanted was an exchanged product that worked because while it did function my wife loved it. To say I was extremely disappointed is an understatement. I will share my emails and/or messages to substantiate this review.

Amazing product! Amazing product, keeps me cool during the hot summer, saving me money on my a/c bill, and I love to to make the bed toasty warm during the cold winter (also saving me money on my heating costs)! I have the dual king size model and my spouse likes that she can set her own ideal temperature on her side of the bed.
