100% Worth the Hype My husband is in love with his Cary Briefcase. Bought it for him a few years back after reading it won the best briefcase competition, and I must say, it’s definitely worth all the hype. Customer service pulled through In the check out process the wrong information auto filled. I live in Canada and it was being shipped to the US! panicked I reach out to Customer service. They were able to locate my order before being shipped and assist me with the order process. All this in a timely matter during Black Friday

Very Professional and fast Customer Service Got a bag on sale but got into trouble with customs because of the misdeclaration of value. I had to pay import tax because of the declared value. There should have been no problem if the declared value was the sale price. They were super fast in resolving the issue within 2 days.
