Very Professional and fast Customer Service Got a bag on sale but got into trouble with customs because of the misdeclaration of value. I had to pay import tax because of the declared value. There should have been no problem if the declared value was the sale price. They were super fast in resolving the issue within 2 days. I got the bag, and I am very satisfied with the quality as well as professionalism of Stuart and Lau, I would highly recommend this store for their product and customer service.

Top Notch Quality, Unique Style I have a Cary Briefcase, which I purchased over five years ago and it is still going strong. The quality is top and the styling is great. Love that the branding is subtle and not obnoxious. I get compliments non stop. Definitely recommend it over the overpriced luxury and bland travel offerings.

I was traveling and needed a new bag I was traveling and needed a new bag, they went out of their way to rush the bag from a difference warehouse to meet my timing. Overall Great experience and now that I have had the bag for a couple months I am actually blown away by the quality. I was concerned about ordering online but this bag is legit.

Disappointing design, manufacturing and warranty policy I pre-ordered and received my Tokyo Edition briefcase back in January. After a week of light use, both T started peeling off from the logo. The bag now looks totally ridiculous. I would remove the logo altogether, but it is injected in the fabric, therefore the result would be worse. The answer from their support when I brought up the issue: "While very rare, this kind of damage can occur where the letters are rubbed or scraped off with enough pressure. There are natural limitations to how much abrasion the lettering can withstand, of course. When this happens, we do kindly ask all customers to understand that fair wear & tear can happen with daily use of any bag, and this is not a defect covered by our warranty." A premium product that shows "fair wear & tear" after a week of light use is not worth more than 2 stars in my opinion.

Thoughtfully designed hybrid bag I was looking for a surprise birthday present for my husband and liked the look of the Cary double briefcase. Customer support was excellent and they even extended the 30 day refund policy to 60 days for me in case my husband changed his mind and wanted a refund/exchange. The bag did not disappoint! The materials were high quality, the stitching exact, and the pockets and magnetic closures so thoughtfully designed. The leather had a beautiful patina and the zipper pulls had a nice brushed metal finish. My husband loved the bag! The price was on the higher end, but the quality of the bag lived up to expectation and I can see this it holding up to many years of use.
