Bait and switch Well let's start with your website saying I'd be getting 5 drip pan liners. In two different areas it said this. I got 3. I could've ordered from other places with 3 and free shipping. I figured 5 and paying for shipping it would still be worth it. Secondly your customer service sucks. Emailed crickets. Voice-mail crickets. I had to actually call and talk with someone. Was told I'd be getting some kind of refund. This was around noon. Still waiting.
