Good value and very flexible. We needed a large sectional for our finished basement. Due to tight corners/stairs, we needed a solution that was easy to maneuver. The Home Reserve solution worked quite well. Assembly was straightforward; it took my wife and I about 4-5 hours for our 6 piece unit. I strongly recommend using a cordless driver for the screws; HUGE timesaver. The sturdiness overall is fine and the cushions are firm/comfortable. Pieces arrived timely and undamaged. Will definitely purchase from HR again, should the need arise.

There are pros and cons Lots of choices of configurations and lovely fabrics. So far, cat proof. Modular concept great for a room that is difficult to access with large furniture. Construction was easy but takes time. The instructions are easy to follow. Deep seating is not very deep. Seat cushions are quite firm but not uncomfortable. There is a chemical smell that lasts for many weeks. Overall, I feel the cost exceeds the quality

Best Modular Sectional! We got our first customized Jovie sectional in 2022 then added several more individual units in 2024 to fit our changing seating arrangement needs. I love that they are light weight, easy to move, very customizable in arrangement to fit our needs and the cover is super easy to clean. Also, I noticed the instructions and aid for putting them together have improved over the years to make things easy for the customers, very happy with the attention to details. There were a couple of minor issues with defective parts and cover over the years; however, customer service always respond within 24 hours to my email and I get the replacement parts within a couple of days. I’m very impressed with the customer service.

Quick responsive customer service Quick responsive customer service. The modular sectional fits our space well and everything went together without any issues. It does take some time to assemble everything. The exposed plywood is a little concerning on individual sectional pieces, but once it's all together, everything is well covered and looks good. We had two foam arm pieces that were the wrong shape for our fabric, but I sent an email and they sent the replacement pieces right away and I received them a couple days later. I'm very happy with the finished product.
