Extraordinary Customer Service! I ordered a replacement cushion cover because my dog chewed ours. I accidentally ordered a different color than my original one, and a Home Reserve rep noticed the mistake and emailed me to double check if I really wanted a different color than the original one I ordered several years ago. I was so happy she noticed the difference and reached out. Then I got an extra fun surprise when the cover arrived, because there was a dog chew toy included with my cover. What a sweet and thoughtful thing for them to do! It really made me feel like I am a valued customer and showed that this company is about much more than just selling furniture. This furniture is amazing! This furniture is amazing! It looks and feels fantastic in our living room. It was easy to assemble with good, clear directions. The fabric is tight so you have to pull it slowly and evenly. If you take your time, it will go on.

Absolutely LOVE Our New Couch I had been searching for a new couch for a few months. Our house was built in 1968 so the concept isn't open and we have a smaller space to work with. Everything on the market was oversized and while I loved the look our home would not accommodate that. I came across Home Reserve on a complete whim and was intrigued. We ordered the fabric samples that came extremely quickly! We then decided to order the trial piece. It was extremely easy to put together. It took us about a month to order the couch and we had it within 2 weeks. There are so many configurations you can choose it was hard to narrow down what we wanted. The couch and ottoman came in 8 boxes. I put together 2 of the 4 pieces in one evening and then the other 2 the next day. Each box was labelled, with individual instructions and ample pieces. It's a sold couch, and heavy which is great so it doesn't move around like our previous one did. I absolutely LOVE the couch and while it was more than we wanted to originally spend I can see it holding up for years and years to come. I love that I can swap out cushions and colors if need be, wash them if that requires (1 child, 2 cats.) We went with the Maltese Flex fabric (great neutral color without being stark white and so soft.) We ordered one modular ottoman, then the deep seat Laney style which is great for wanting that cover feel without it overtaking our living room! Over all we are so extremely happy with the couch. I'm so thankful I ran across the advertisement!

Comfortable, excellent customer service. The sofa itself is comfortable, and not overly hard to assemble. Had a couple of minor issues, but a call to customer service got those parts replaced just three days later.

Best Modular Sectional! We got our first customized Jovie sectional in 2022 then added several more individual units in 2024 to fit our changing seating arrangement needs. I love that they are light weight, easy to move, very customizable in arrangement to fit our needs and the cover is super easy to clean. Also, I noticed the instructions and aid for putting them together have improved over the years to make things easy for the customers, very happy with the attention to details. There were a couple of minor issues with defective parts and cover over the years; however, customer service always respond within 24 hours to my email and I get the replacement parts within a couple of days. I’m very impressed with the customer service.
