A great USA made company Excellent communication on delivery time updates. Easy to assemble compared to IKEA, but does take time and work. Price is equal to the value for sure. Very comfy - firm seating but not "hard". Easy for those with and RV since the couches come in boxes that easily fit through the door. Already thinking of getting a couch from them again when we settle into a house one day.

Extraordinary Customer Service! I ordered a replacement cushion cover because my dog chewed ours. I accidentally ordered a different color than my original one, and a Home Reserve rep noticed the mistake and emailed me to double check if I really wanted a different color than the original one I ordered several years ago. I was so happy she noticed the difference and reached out. Then I got an extra fun surprise when the cover arrived, because there was a dog chew toy included with my cover. What a sweet and thoughtful thing for them to do! It really made me feel like I am a valued customer and showed that this company is about much more than just selling furniture. Super comfortable furniture This furniture is amazing. Home Reserve has amazing customer service, I had to get in touch with them a couple times for questions. I love that I was able to try a seat out before I made my purchase. We ended up trying the regular seat and a deep seat. I am not good at putting stuff together, but home reserve made it so easy to figure out. Each piece was labeled with a number or letter cutout in the wood. The directions w were so easy, and had pictures for install. I was able to get the couch put together. I love that it's customizable and if we ever need to add new seats we are able to. We also got 2 ottomans and we love those. This couch is so comfy, it feels like a giant memory foam bed. I can't recommend this couch enough.
