GREAT EXPERIENCE WOW, just WOW! The adorable Little Chef Westchester Retro Play Kitchen was simple to put together by myself and is exactly as described in the description. When unboxing all of the pieces, I noticed the handles were not shipped. I was a bit skeptical and thought I might have a problem with this company that I had never heard of before. I immediately called and left a message then also sent an email. To my surprise, my call was returned promptly and my email was immediately answered. While one hopes to never need customer service it is good to know that they are quick to respond and keep you informed at every step of the way. Excellent customer service… I recently purchased an outdoor wind spinner as a Christmas present. It was missing the end cap so I contacted Teamson. Their response came in less than 48 hours. I was told they would research the part and get back to me. In about a week I was informed that the part was shipped. I received it about a week later. A great happy ending and our friends are enjoying their completed wind spinner in their backyard.
