While one hopes to never need customer service it is good to know that they are quick to respond and keep you informed at every step of the way. Adorable dollhouse and great service! We gave our granddaughter the wooden dollhouse. It is so well built and perfect for a young child. It was easy to put together and very pleasing to the eye. It was missing some furniture pieces but the Teamson support team responded quickly and sent the missing pieces quickly! We highly recommend this company!

The best customer service! I purchased a Teamson kitchen from a retailer and it was missing all the accessories. I reached out to the Teamson team and they were so helpful and able to send me all the missing parts pretty quickly! I now have a happy son who is beyond obsessed with his new play kitchen, complete with all the pots/ pans/ spatulas/ salt and pepper shaker and the cutest ice cubes for the ice dispenser!
