When the product arrived damaged, Teamson’s Customer Assistance folks amazed us by jumping in to immediately replace the fountain and followed up to make sure everything turned out right. Exceptional quick customer service The Customer Service from this company is top notch. While one hopes to never need customer service it is good to know that they are quick to respond and keep you informed at every step of the way. I don't write reviews often about products but when support and help are above the norm I want to recognize it. Support was outstanding and the product quality is good.

Customer Service is Outstanding This is a remarkable company with regards to Customer Service. I messed up and installed the bottom shelf of the cabinet backwards so therefore there were 3 predrilled holes in the front (were supposed to be for attaching the rear panel). Looked terrible. Contacted Customer Service to see if I could get a new shelf (panel). They checked their warehouse and sent me a new panel at no charge. I rarely write reviews but had to with this company. They are outstanding and the product quality is good. Wish there were more businesses like Teamson out there. Thank you.
