Excellent customer service… I recently purchased an outdoor wind spinner as a Christmas present. It was missing the end cap so I contacted Teamson. Their response came in less than 48 hours. I was told they would research the part and get back to me. In about a week I was informed that the part was shipped. I received it about a week later. A great happy ending and our friends are enjoying their completed wind spinner in their backyard.

When the product arrived damaged, Teamson’s Customer Assistance folks amazed us by jumping in to immediately replace the fountain and followed up to make sure everything turned out right. The best customer service! I purchased a Teamson kitchen from a retailer and it was missing all the accessories. I reached out to the Teamson team and they were so helpful and able to send me all the missing parts pretty quickly! I now have a happy son who is beyond obsessed with his new play kitchen, complete with all the pots/ pans/ spatulas/ salt and pepper shaker and the cutest ice cubes for the ice dispenser!
