Return and Refund requested Cabinet I ordered and put together looks horrible and I want to return it for a refund

I purchased the solar fountain from… I purchased the solar fountain from Walmart. The pump doesn’t work but when I called Walmart replacement pump is not available. I have to return the item. I emailed Teamson and explained what happened. They responded quickly just verified my purchase and sent me the replacement pump. It’s just matter of days I got my Solar Fountain working. And I even purchased 2 more replacement pump and mind you it comes with the solar panel. Customer service is quick and thorough. Solved my problem immediately. Good job

The Teamson Company is Awesome! The Teamson customer care group is awesome! They were very responsive to my issue! Honestly, I contacted them to find out what I could do to resolve the problem I was having, and they immediately sent me a new part. They also sent me a pdf of the manual when I couldn't find mine in order to reinstall part. I would not hesitate recommending products from this company to friends, or purchasing products in future from this company. Awesome and amazing!

No response several times asking for new pump. It's impossible to get a response from Teamson. We need a pump for three-tiered fountain that has the three light connections on the ford, impossible to get a response. And website SUCKs.

Exceptional quick customer service The Customer Service from this company is top notch. While one hopes to never need customer service it is good to know that they are quick to respond and keep you informed at every step of the way. I don't write reviews often about products but when support and help are above the norm I want to recognize it. Support was outstanding and the product quality is good.
