Customer Service is Outstanding This is a remarkable company with regards to Customer Service. I messed up and installed the bottom shelf of the cabinet backwards so therefore there were 3 predrilled holes in the front (were supposed to be for attaching the rear panel). Looked terrible. Contacted Customer Service to see if I could get a new shelf (panel). They checked their warehouse and sent me a new panel at no charge. I rarely write reviews but had to with this company. They are outstanding and the product quality is good. Wish there were more businesses like Teamson out there. Thank you.

Beautiful play kitchen Beautiful play kitchen. Our toddler LOVES it (18 months). Just as nice as some far more expensive options only this one has an ice machine! Our model did come with a broken piece of the ice machine, but Teamson customer service took care of us immediately via email. Very happy we went with this kitchen!

Return and Refund requested Cabinet I ordered and put together looks horrible and I want to return it for a refund

Great Quality Easy Construction The doll house was of greater quality than I thought! I was very impressed as soon as I opened the box. Despite having more screws and parts that I imagined, it was extremely easy to put together. ALL holes matched up, ALL were easy to thread with a simple screw driver, and ALL pieces were included in package. Best I've bought in a long time!

GREAT EXPERIENCE WOW, just WOW! The adorable Little Chef Westchester Retro Play Kitchen was simple to put together by myself and is exactly as described in the description. When unboxing all of the pieces, I noticed the handles were not shipped. I was a bit skeptical and thought I might have a problem with this company that I had never heard of before. I immediately called and left a message then also sent an email. To my surprise, my call was returned promptly and my email was immediately answered. I received the handles faster than I’d even expected. Sylvia, a sweet representative, was absolutely wonderful and very personable. Sincere compliments to Teamson Kids
