Exceptional quick customer service The Customer Service from this company is top notch. While one hopes to never need customer service it is good to know that they are quick to respond and keep you informed at every step of the way. I don't write reviews often about products but when support and help are above the norm I want to recognize it. Support was outstanding and the product quality is good.

Beautiful play kitchen Beautiful play kitchen. Our toddler LOVES it (18 months). Just as nice as some far more expensive options only this one has an ice machine! Our model did come with a broken piece of the ice machine, but Teamson customer service took care of us immediately via email. Very happy we went with this kitchen!

The best customer service! I purchased a Teamson kitchen from a retailer and it was missing all the accessories. I reached out to the Teamson team and they were so helpful and able to send me all the missing parts pretty quickly! I now have a happy son who is beyond obsessed with his new play kitchen, complete with all the pots/ pans/ spatulas/ salt and pepper shaker and the cutest ice cubes for the ice dispenser!

GREAT EXPERIENCE WOW, just WOW! The adorable Little Chef Westchester Retro Play Kitchen was simple to put together by myself and is exactly as described in the description. When unboxing all of the pieces, I noticed the handles were not shipped. I was a bit skeptical and thought I might have a problem with this company that I had never heard of before. I immediately called and left a message then also sent an email. To my surprise, my call was returned promptly and my email was immediately answered.
