GBExcellent customer service ! I ordered the wrong part number and I was informed that I could order the right parts . Return the wrong part for a refund . I’m still waiting for the two different deliveries , not a fault of yours , FedEx said they couldn’t deliver the package because nobody was home . That was Bologna , I was here all day long and waiting for the delivery , even had the gate propped open so the driver would have easy access to the premises . Nick , your Salesman did an excellent job of handling my purchase . Thank you for your expertise . I will highly recommend your company to anyone who wants to have a great experience shopping for their needs .

I was given all the info I needed to make a decision. He walked me through the order; it was mostly painless - except for having to pay at the end. Now, I'm just waiting for delivery. GBReady to deliver unlike other vendors i tried. I went through two other vendors looking for a specific grill only to be informed days later that they were out of stock despite their ads claims. Kick Ass took my order and delivered in four days.
