GBDouble billed Another big time scam. Ordered flowers for our new granddaughter and 15 minutes after giving them my credit card info, I get an email saying my order has been cancelled and will be fully refunded. I immediately called the bank, and once it is posted, they will dispute the charge and file (another) complaint for fraud. It’s such a scam, but looks legit. DO NOT BE FOOLED ONE DAY LATER…. Another charge from them for the exact amount!!! Both are pending on my credit card. After a call to my bank, they said once it gets posted, they will file a fraud claim against them. 🤞🙏

GBAbsolute scam Absolute scam. Our daughter who is away at college used this florist to send flowers to her best friend for her birthday. As soon as she placed the order she received a message saying they canceled the order because it was out of their delivery zone. They claimed to issue her a refund, even sent a false refund receipt, but never refunded her. She is now out over 60$ and it is completely unacceptable. I hope these people find karma real soon. Sarata Florist- there’s still no refund. Hope it feels good taking advantage of college kids. We’re reporting you to our bank so you can’t continue to steal from teenagers or anyone else.

GBThey don't even deserve a one star They don't even deserve a one star. I ordered flowers, cake pops and strawberries for a birthday. They charged my card $154 immediately and then sent me an email 30 minutes later stating my order could not be processed and I would receive a full refund. That was on March 28th and to this day I still have yet to see the refund and they state there working on it. I'm not an idiot and I know it doesn't take this long to refund a card

GBIf I could have left a 0 start review I… If I could have left a 0 start review I would. Order Flowers, chocolate and other things for my sister birthday to be delivered same day. 4 hours later wondering why I didn’t receive any window for delivery time, I called and costumer service informed that they just cancelled my order because they don’t deliver in the area I requested. I am upset because 4 after the order was placed and payed that informed they cancelled…, for a same day delivery. Very unprofessional, what kind of service are they providing. No empathy for costumers. Terrible business model.
