I just want to know where my refund is… I just want to know where my refund is after you canceled the order for whatever reason and than sent a refund email. I see that I’m not the only one.

If I could have left a 0 start review I… If I could have left a 0 start review I would. Order Flowers, chocolate and other things for my sister birthday to be delivered same day. 4 hours later wondering why I didn’t receive any window for delivery time, I called and costumer service informed that they just cancelled my order because they don’t deliver in the area I requested. I am upset because 4 after the order was placed and payed that informed they cancelled…, for a same day delivery. Very unprofessional, what kind of service are they providing. No empathy for costumers. Terrible business model.

Double billed Another big time scam. Ordered flowers for our new granddaughter and 15 minutes after giving them my credit card info, I get an email saying my order has been cancelled and will be fully refunded. I immediately called the bank, and once it is posted, they will dispute the charge and file (another) complaint for fraud. It’s such a scam, but looks legit. DO NOT BE FOOLED ONE DAY LATER…. Another charge from them for the exact amount!!! Both are pending on my credit card. After a call to my bank, they said once it gets posted, they will file a fraud claim against them. 🤞🙏

Nothing like the picture So I ordered make a wish the arrangement looked nothing like the picture.will not order again from this company they were ok but not what I expected.
