Wrong Item I’ve been wanting to get the Norfolk garland for sometime now but It is out of stock most of the time. I started checking their website every day until they restocked, I was able to snag one. I was so excited to get my 15 feet Norfolk garland but they sent me the wrong item; I got a potted pine tree instead. (not sure why) It’s pretty upsetting because the garland is out of stock again and I saw they won’t be restocking their holiday collection. I emailed customer service but still haven’t heard from them. Update: Afloral contacted me and not only they let me keep the pine tree but also were able to send me one new garland. I will continue to order from them. Great costumer service.

Great Company There was a little mixup with the shipping address but this company stood behind their products and got the situation under control in a timely manner, and was very fair about it. Thank you AFLORAL.

I LOVE Afloral!!! I'm a huge fan of Afloral! Fantastic quality for artificial flowers. I was impressed and very pleased with the whole experience. Great service, shipped directly to my door, and the stems were beautiful. Unfortunately I did have to return some of the stems, but the return process was super easy and they approved/processed my return over the course of about a week (which included an already paid for return label). 11/10 would recommend to anyone looking for gorgeous artificial flowers!

Great customer service I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised by Afloral’s great customer service! I was so excited to get the plum cimicifuga ramosa leaves as I had been vying them all over influencers homes on Instagram. Unfortunately one of the branches was bent so that the wire was cut and another one had a broken stem from the packaging. I emailed customer service, as unfortunately they were sold out so I couldn’t get an exact replacement. They refunded me for all 3 stems for the inconvenience. That was very kind and unexpected.

Small item was packaged and shipped in… Small item was packaged and shipped in a huge box. So wasteful. At least the shipping material was all paper products and no plastic so that was good at least. Also planter has an odd texture which can not be seen from minimal online photos. Somewhat displeased by the odd texture, I think it will attract dust and be hard to clean. Lastly item was made in China. This should be listed in items description. Will not be ordering anything more from Afloral I don’t think.
