GBMy experience with AFloral was two… My experience with AFloral was two fold. Unfortunately, two of the flowers did not meet my expectation ,however, the company was super at offering options, either a replacement or a refund. I would still consider using them again. I did keep the Eucalyptus stems which were really nice.

GBFirst-time buyer, now a forever customer First time buyer, long-time admirer of Afloral. I purchased the Plum Cimicifuga Seeded Fall Decor Garland and Norfolk Pine Garland. Both are stunning! I currently have the Plum Garland decorated above my kitchen cabinets and it’s been a showstopper among visitors. Absolutely love the quality and look of these pieces. Now, I’ll be a forever buyer of Afloral products.

GBWrong Item I’ve been wanting to get the Norfolk garland for sometime now but It is out of stock most of the time. I started checking their website every day until they restocked, I was able to snag one. I was so excited to get my 15 feet Norfolk garland but they sent me the wrong item; I got a potted pine tree instead. (not sure why) It’s pretty upsetting because the garland is out of stock again and I saw they won’t be restocking their holiday collection. I emailed customer service but still haven’t heard from them. Update: Afloral contacted me and not only they let me keep the pine tree but also were able to send me one new garland. I will continue to order from them. Great costumer service.

GBPlaced an order 6 days ago and is still… Placed an order 6 days ago and is still showing unfulfilled. Today, I sent an email asking for an update and immediately got an automated response saying I would get a response next day even though my email is within their open business hours. Not happy so far and don't imagine I will place another order with them. Currently, my order status seems to just be in limbo. Unhappy.

GBGreat product and great service! Great customer service and really beautiful products. Unfortunately, my first order was stolen from my porch before I could pick it up but the company really graciously replaced it and refunded my shipping costs. It will take them 48 hours to respond to any requests because i believe they are a small operation but the replacement order did not disappoint! Really high quality faux flowers and I’m excited to buy more!
