Placed an order 6 days ago and is still… Placed an order 6 days ago and is still showing unfulfilled. Today, I sent an email asking for an update and immediately got an automated response saying I would get a response next day even though my email is within their open business hours. Not happy so far and don't imagine I will place another order with them. Currently, my order status seems to just be in limbo. Unhappy.

Good to do business with Unfortunately, no fault of Afloral, the articles I ordered were not able to be used because of time issues. We very much appreciate being able to return these items-in the box they came in! Very helpful. It was a straightforward to order and a straight forward uncomplicated process to return. We will be happy to turn to Afloral for any of our floral and related decor needs. Thank you!

Wrong Item I’ve been wanting to get the Norfolk garland for sometime now but It is out of stock most of the time. I started checking their website every day until they restocked, I was able to snag one. I was so excited to get my 15 feet Norfolk garland but they sent me the wrong item; I got a potted pine tree instead. (not sure why) It’s pretty upsetting because the garland is out of stock again and I saw they won’t be restocking their holiday collection. I emailed customer service but still haven’t heard from them. Update: Afloral contacted me and not only they let me keep the pine tree but also were able to send me one new garland. I will continue to order from them. Great costumer service.

I LOVE Afloral!!! I'm a huge fan of Afloral! Fantastic quality for artificial flowers. I was impressed and very pleased with the whole experience. Great service, shipped directly to my door, and the stems were beautiful. Unfortunately I did have to return some of the stems, but the return process was super easy and they approved/processed my return over the course of about a week (which included an already paid for return label). 11/10 would recommend to anyone looking for gorgeous artificial flowers!

I received my order without packaging… I received my order without packaging material. 5 stems just floating around. Greenery ripped off coming out of the package cracks. The leaves keep dropping off there is hot glue everywhere! The leaves won't stay on there are broken spots with wire exposed. It's terrible quality for a ridiculous price. I am not happy at all. I will never order here again. I'm trying to return and cancel my other order before I get it. UPDATE: I had excellent customer service through email. Responsive and fixed my order. I've changed my 1 star to 3. Moral of the story, Customer service great! Product I'm still leery.
