GBDamaged planter not replaced! One of the two planters arrived completely damaged. I reached out immediately to your staff, sent a ton of pictures to a guy named Danny and have not heard back when I’m going to be getting a replacement and it has been quite some time now. This is totally unacceptable!

When there was a delay in shipping them due to a manufacturer's delay, Nick S., Customer Care Specialist, was wonderfully responsive. He checked on my order and addressed my delivery inquiry. Nick sent me well-written emails, regarding the delay, and the arrival expectation of my planters. They arrived just as he told me they would. GBBeautiful Planters Beautiful Planters! Ordered two and actually the top edge of one planter was cracked. I took pics and sent in to customer service. Their attention was prompt and first class. Sent me a replacement planter which I received quickly. So nice to work with a company who will stand behind their product and appreciates the customer. This is what creates a loyal customer! GBWould order from Urbilus again Product was shipped more quickly than the website indicated. The item was exactly as described, although a bit pricey. I was unfamiliar with Urbilus before finding them through a search, but would definitely order from them again.
