Samples were a blessing. Without having seen these samples, I would have made a dreadful mistake in ordering my dining room chairs. Definitely worth the ten bucks, and this is the only company I found that carries samples of the finish on these chairs. Extremely helpful.

Damaged planter not replaced! One of the two planters arrived completely damaged. I reached out immediately to your staff, sent a ton of pictures to a guy named Danny and have not heard back when I’m going to be getting a replacement and it has been quite some time now. This is totally unacceptable!
