GBDamaged planter not replaced! One of the two planters arrived completely damaged. I reached out immediately to your staff, sent a ton of pictures to a guy named Danny and have not heard back when I’m going to be getting a replacement and it has been quite some time now. This is totally unacceptable!

GBI ordered some chairs and order was… I ordered some chairs and order was processed no issues then someone emails me and cancels my order due to a pricing error without even offering me any other options and now I have to wait for a refund
